Plug it in.
LED will flash "C"

Repeatedly press "Time" Button to set current time
A dot in the lower right of the display means "PM"

Press "Mode" Button to get blinking "P"
Press "Time" Button to set START time

Press "Mode" Button (again) to get blinking "E"
Press "Time" Button to set END time

Press "Mode" Button to complete setup


To review setup

Press "Time" Button .. 
"P" is the start time, "E" is end time


Manual Override
-----------

Pressing the "MODE" button will turn on the devices plugged into the timer
The display will indicate the letter "O"
Devices will remain on until the End Time setting

To return to automatic mode, press "Mode" again.
The display will return to indicate the current time.
